I just started running again in September after a long hiatus, and I'm improving rapidly.

Short-Term Running Goals:
I plan to run one race per month in 2008.
March: Fitness in Motion 10M on March 15
April: not sure yet
May: American Cancer Society Relay for Life across the state of Alabama. It will be 20-30 miles over the course of 3 days in 4 mile increments.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I would like to run a marathon someday, and would like to improve my running times significantly.

Went hiking for 4 hours with Iveta. Very steep, went at a moderate pace though. Hopefully this allowed my shins to recover a bit so that I can do my long run tomorrow.
